Seminars and Workshops

My passion for this work extends beyond clinical, to over 10 years experience providing in-person and online trainings, seminars, and symposiums for systems, agencies, and other mental health professionals. I started providing trainings for the parents of the youth I was working with, then schools started asking me to speak to their teachers and district leaders. Soon after I found myself developing trainings for therapists throughout Washington State. I love being able to connect with so many people at once, to affect change on that large of a scale. I develop curriculum, provide trainings, offer professional coaching and workforce development, and plan symposiums. Working with statewide systems and the HCA in Washington, I helped to advance best practices for youth and their families who are utilizing the state’s systems: mental health, foster, juvenile justice, educational, and more. By collaborating with contractors and attendees on the goals and content of the seminars, I am able to create a custom experience of learning and growth. Whether its virtual or in person, one hour or several days, we can create the right message for your needs.
